Music icon Dato’ Sheila Majid is returning to the big stage in a mega concert titled, Sheila Majid BIG BAND Live in Kuala Lumpur 2023. The comeback concert will take place on March 18, 2023, in Dewan Merdeka at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL).
To mark this special occasion, a swathe of 23 talented jazz musicians will be accompanying Sheila onstage, led by celebrated music director, Mac Chew. There will also be a jazz orchestra of 10 or more musicians comprising saxophones, trumpets, trombones, and a rhythm section. Concert director Jennifer Thompson will lead the event.
“This concert is a way for me to reconnect with my fans and entertain them once again,” Sheila said. “I promise to make this concert an unforgettable experience for us all.”
